Our engineers achieved what nobody else could. They created a petrol engine that burns fuel like a diesel. With our unique technology called Spark Controlled Compression Ignition (SPCCI), the Skyactiv-X engine consumes less fuel than a conventional petrol engine, produces fewer emissions and yet it offers significantly more power.
